Description
A highly used solution for installing direct short temperature sensors is to use a brass nipple with, for example, R½ or R¾ thread, which is installed in a corresponding T-piece. For nipples with cone-shaped threads, use packing cord or Teflon tape to obtain the required seal, while straight-threaded nipples typically use a copper gasket.
