The V212T is an internally threaded balanced valve requiring only minimal actuator force, coupled with a soft seat and good rangeability the V212T provides very energy efficient control of hydronic applications. If the valve is used for media at temperatures below 0°C, it should be equipped with a heater in order to prevent ice formation on the valve stem. Suitable for a wide range of applications such as heating, cooling and air handling systems with hot or chilled water
