Ordering and payment

• Use order form to create an order
• If the product is available, You will receive an invoice by e-mail.

Delivery options

• Receive the order in LAFIPA - Riga, Dzelzavas Street 120G, on working days from 9.00 - 17.00 (Free);
• We will deliver your ordered to your chosen destination (Courier - the price depends on the weight of the order);
• It is possible to use Omniva parcel network services;

Return of goods

• Buyers who have purchased goods in the AS LAFIPA online store (www.lafipa.lv) or in the LAFIPA warehouse at 120G Dzelzavas Street in Riga are entitled to exercise the right of withdrawal and return the goods within 14 calendar days.
• The right of withdrawal is valid in cases when the product is returned in full (product, accessories, as well as product packaging), presenting the original document confirming the purchase.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal can be exercised within 14 days: from the date of receipt of the goods. The consumer may send the notice of withdrawal by post or submit it in person. Return of the product, a withdrawal form must be submitted.
