Heat exchanger insulation
Proper insulation increases the performance of the heat exchanger by preventing interaction between the equipment and its immediate surroundings.
The purpose of thermal insulation is to reduce energy losses and protect the equipment against freezing and internal corrosion. Insulation also protects the environment from overheating during operation of the heat exchanger and prevents accidental contact with a heated device.
